The beachside hotel has a variety of room styles with coastal dècor. Tropical landscaping with a waterfall, a koi pond, hammocks, fire pits and a mechanical surfboard for the kids are all big draws. Smoke free premises. 211 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 7 stories, interior/exterior corridors.

Over promised and under delivered. The positives are access to a large beach. There are free activities, but if you stay at this part of the property, you'll have to walk 400 yards or more to get to any. That's about it for positives. Rooms are small, but that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for loud music that plays until 12am or 1am. If you're unlucky enough to be on the north side, music from somewhere up the beach will keep you up all night. No matter the day, it plays. If you don't have your own car, there are a couple places within walking distance, but I'd recommend your own transportation. I know many resorts do this, but there are tons of hidden fees. Staying at this part of the resort group, you aren't going to enjoy as much of the amenities you are paying for. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
This is an old property that is not handy cap friendly. Very spread out with no good signage. Parking garage spaces are very tight with no elevator to second floor. There is no valet parking! Room was OK but no walk-in shower - tub only.
Great resort activities, loved the beach cabanas, good food, great staff. Easy walking to some other great nearby sports. The only hiccup was I thought resort fees were paid with the booking apparently those were all AAA added fees and not resort fees.

Villa and service was excellent. Unfortunately the resort changes Resort Amenity Fees daily, sales tax and occupancy tax, bringing our total payment an extra $222. For 5 days or an additional $44. Extra per nite which should be disclosed by AAA !
