The hotel was clean and located off of Rt 9, in a residential area (relatively quiet surroundings). However, daily housekeeping was by request. Fresh towels and some amenities were left by each hotel door each day, but if you needed more coffee for your in room machine, you had to request it. The hotel staff was very pleasant and very willing to help. There's ample parking at the facility. The room was nice, with a view of the adjacent harness track. The room itself was large enough for two. However, lighting within this particular room was on one side of the room, closer to the head of the bed. No lighting near where the mounted TV on the opposite side of the room. I guess it was designed that way. Dining selections were few at the hotel. You had Lucky Joe's, with selections for lunch or dinner and Morton's for a more expensive dinner. There's NO buffet at this casino hotel. There's a self serve area with various selections of breakfast sandwiches (microwavable - ugh!) and other items. And the coffee at the self serve area was horrible. I'd rather drink the coffee provided in the room. Besides, we were so close to downtown Saratoga, with better options for dining. The casino was ok- I don't gamble. We were here for the Saratoga Motorcar Auction. Overall, I'd consider staying at this hotel again.
