Located on the secluded northern tip of the island adjacent to a naturalized bird sanctuary, this high-rise condo building features individually decorated one-bedroom units with oceanfront balconies. Some units' kitchenettes are limited to a two-burner cooktop, microwave oven and mini-fridge; others have a full-size fridge and dishwasher. All units feature a pull-out sofa and large TV in the oceanfront living room. Smoke free premises. 150 condominiums. 9 stories, exterior corridors.
