It was one of the best hotels that either one of us stayed at, the price was awesome and we will stay there again when we visit Chattanooga. We only had one need and it was handled right away.

The check in could have gone better if the ladies at the desk weren’t busy flirting with a man standing there. While checking in, I was informed that there’s a $10 fee for parking at the hotel for one night. Upon entering my room I noticed the garbage can had not been emptied. I called the front desk and was told they didn’t have anyone to empty the can. My choices were to empty it myself or wait until the next day for housekeeping staff to arrive. I purchased two bottles of water for a whopping $6. No breakfast because they don’t have the staff necessary to man it.
