Torn drapes, rust at bottom of shower, air condition not working consistently, toilet seat stained and discolored, breakfast was terrible, room wasn't ready when we got there had to get another room.

No room service for three night stay. Room flyer stated breakfast at 6:30am. First two days this was fine. Third day, still during the week, staff person said breakfast not till 7 and insisted that this was what it always is??

Very difficult to find, signs not very obvious. Difficult to find restaurants. Can't get into most properties without a realestate agent or paying a fee. Was looking to rent next year but decided to look elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised! First time at a Best Western in decades. The whole experience was nice. Checking in was easy. Staff were friendly. The concierge was helpful. Rooms were clean. And location was great.
