I booked reservations more than 6 months prior to arrival. When we arrived at the hotel they REFUSED to accept our reservations saying that the card on file was "declined". I was never contacted either by AAA or the hotel to ask for a new card (the old one had expired) nor was I offered the opportunity to present one of my valid cards. The manager was extremely RUDE and it was embarrassing to be chastised in front of many people in the lobby.

Our records do not show we received any type of alert or notification saying the credit card on file had expired; we are looking further into this as the system typically won't accept a credit card if it expires prior to check in. Went to eat breakfast before checkout. Went back to my room to brush teeth and grab final items before checkout. Door was propped open, Stay out sign laying on floor, 1 Beer empty and sitting on sink. 1 beer with top open but full? Guess he was in a hurry to leave? 1 Beer still in cooler. Lady at the desk could have cared less during check out. Hopefully someone reading this will.
