The property is obviously old and not clean. We were astonished when the proprietor showed us to the room and explained that to unlock the door and enter, we had to put in the card, hold the handle up, AND KICK THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES AND PUSH HARD IN ORDER TO GO IN. That's certainly something I've never before experienced! The old air conditioner/heater was extremely loud and difficult to regulate the temperature. The best thing about it was that it kept us from hearing all the noise outside and overhead. The room had been refreshed with new paint, but it was still obviously not too clean, the blankets were extremely old and had holes in them. There was a roach track on the bathroom wall. The breakfast was in the tiny reception lobby and extremely lacking (we had some coffee and then went to a fast food breakfast place). The craziest thing to us was that the price was as high as much nicer properties we stayed in. I hate to leave a bad review, but I want anyone who starts to book this Super 8 to be forewarned. I wish I had been.
