Super 8 By Wyndham Lebanon

We recently stayed at the super eight in Lebanon Missouri in September 2022. We have used this motel in Lebanon for years and it has gradually gone downhill to the point that we will not use this motel again. A couple years ago when we stayed here, we asked to be moved to a different room because the bathroom smelled like urine. The room we moved to was not much better. Our recent stay proved the same disgusting smell in the bathroom. We did not have hand towels. The cold water and hot water are on opposite faucets in the bathroom. When we pulled the sheets down, there were some snack/cracker pieces in the bed. Each time we stay there, if I wipe up some water that spilled on the floor with paper towels, the paper towels are black with dirt. I reported it to the house cleaner in the hallway. Her response was, “I wonder if I did that room”? And she checked…supposidly…and said it was somebody else and she that would talk to that person. The least a person should expect from a motel is the upmost cleanliness. We made our reservation through AAA, and we expected this motel to be up to AAA standards. We are very surprised that this motel was on the AAA listing and still is.
