I thought the hotel is in a great location for tourists who wish to visit the Pikes Market; the Space Needle, etc. It was within walking distance of a lot of those areas. I did think the hotel was very expensive and I was not happy that there was no maid service daily, and that fact was not pointed out to us when we checked in. I also did not like the fact that a 20% service fee was added automatically to restaurant and bar charges. I would prefer to give gratuities on a cases by case basis.

Excellent location close to Pike's Place, stores and restaurants within easy if hilly walk. We stayed four nights and the hotel was busy but there was no noise at night. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Staff were all very helpful. Valet parking is somewhat expensive but so convenient.
Excellent location for walking to Pike's Place, many local restaurants and shops. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. We liked having the mini fridge and coffee maker. I suggest replacing the pillows with ones that do not completely flatten.
