Offering a combination of suites, efficiencies and basic motel rooms, the property includes many accommodations with fireplaces and private balconies or patios and some with ocean views. Families will love all of the green grass for outdoor play, a large pet walk area and the indoor pool for those rainy days. Smoke free premises. 69 units, some efficiencies, kitchens and condominiums. 4 stories, interior/exterior corridors.

An older property but well maintained and clean. The front seat was extremely helpful when our TV stopped working around 10 pm. Came to our room and had it fixed in no time!
The pictures shown seem to only be higher end rooms. The actual room we got used extremely cheap furniture for the microwave stand and dresser. The items that needed electricity were plugged into an outlook with an outlet multiplier with the cables stretch from the outlet across the wall to the appliances. The TV was approx. 30" TV when most other rooms I have been in lately have been at least 30". The TV was also on the dresser which was not to high and if you placed anything on the dresser you blocked the remote receptor. The pictures showed a kitchenet while there was no such thing in the room. The bathroom door had chipping paint. The hangers from the closet were not removable. They were permanently attached to the rod. They were not the ones that there is a ring that stays attached with the hanger part having a peg that goes into a slot on the ring on the rod.
