This resort is known for its spectacular public areas, including aquarium tunnels, a water park, a spa, dining and shops. Room types vary, most offering views of the resort & surrounding beaches. Each guest also receives a souvenir reusable water bottle and you’ll find plenty of stations to fill it up. Smoke free premises. 1201 units, some two bedrooms. 1-24 stories, interior corridors.

We arrived around noon to find out we couldn't check in until 4 pm so we ended up sitting in their lobby until a room became available. At our age we could have used a map. We were told they no longer print maps to save on paper, but we could scan their code blah blah blah. If they want you to visit their island it would have been beneficial to have more information available on what else the island has to offer and how to navigate it. We prepurchased food so we went to their Poseidon's buffet for breakfast at 45 dollars per person only to find out at the end of our trip, we were told that didn't count towards a food purchase. We were told there was a small card at the register that explained tha.t. Oh, by the way the money for food is non-refundable. We told them we required a mobility cart as i am handicapped and the room they gave us was as far away from the elevator as possible. When our air conditioner went through its cycle a lamp on the table would flash even though it was shut off. There were some workers who were outstanding and helpful but the people behind the desk were useless.
