We stayed at the signature multiple time. This time is disappointing due to we need to call one by one to get amenity and kitchen supply. This is frustrating, in the past all kitchen stuff eg plate bowl glasses utensil cleaning supply are all there but I guess the policy change and we need to call for each items.. when we call a few times I feel the frustration from the hotel staffs and me too. carpet is dirty. The sofa bed is in bad condition I guess the hotel is getting old.
This was a money grab. Everything cost more no matter if you used the amenities or not!!!
