This hotel boasts a bright, open lobby bar that attracts guests with its charging areas and comfortable seating. The rooms have inviting beds and bathrooms with shower wands. Smoke free premises. 536 units. 20 stories, interior corridors.

We lost couple of items from our room. This has never happened to us before.
Other than the small issue with the bed the room was quite comfortable the staff, (both valet & front desk) extremely polite and cordial; I addressed the bed issue with the manager directly
After a long flight, I wanted to check into my room, shower and relax. Well, that didn’t happen. When I reached my room and tried to shower, the water stayed cold. I turned on the heat, nothing. My room was freezing and I had my 6 yr old with me. I called the front desk the First Lady told me that she would contact maintenance. After around 20 min I called back, another lady told me that the heat and hot water was out and they didn’t know how long it would be. She told me I could wait it out. We waited about 45 min and the cold become too uncomfortable. We had to leave and find another hotel. My issue, they could have told us this upon check in.
This hotel was good. I would definitely stay again
