The Westin was just amazing from the comfort of the room to the friendly accommodating staff and good food in the restaurant. They did everything in their power to make our trip to New York the most enjoyable possible and it was!

Everyone at the hotel, including the staff at the front desk, concierge desk, bar/restaurant, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious (for a New York hotel room) and very clean.

Was booked in a room on E. 42nd St. side and the traffic noise was unbearable barely slept the first night appears that the renovation hotel did a couple of years ago did not include windows!

Nice clean hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms were a little boring, but very clean and modern. There was loud construction in back of the hotel until 11:00 pm. Parking attendant lost our parking ticket and had a difficult time finding our car. This made us late for an appointment.
