Heated pool was said to be 72(Cold), elevator out of service, so carry luggage up stairs, wall paper peeling off and bubbling. Electric was out for a couple hours one night. No ice machine. employee put ice from a bag in freezer into a bag for me with bare hands, not sanitary-Many things were not as advertised and discount was denied by staff. I would not stay here again.
