Our stay was amazing. Best part was their guest service office. We were able to buy our Disney annual pass, make park reservations and dinner reservations. The lady that helped us was so nice. I took my mom. She loves the water taxi's. They take you to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Rooms are beautiful. Everyone was so nice.

The place was very nice, and the staff helpful but we missed the Disney feeling. No characters, and less spirited than the Disney properties.
