There are many on-site activities: a casino, multiple dining venues, fantastic outdoor pools, a golf course, spa and more. The rooms are spacious with smart TVs, ample seating and storage space. Smoke free premises. 400 units. 7 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The WORST check in experience ever! After pre-paying $100 more than the advertised price so the reservation could be cancelled or changed in the event of a travel emergency, we were informed upon arrival that there was a resort fee and if we wanted to check in early there was an additional fee. When we arrived, we were told that the computers were down, went back to the counter an hour later and was told that rooms were not available and informed of the additional fees. We were told that rooms would be ready at 4pm and I asked if it would be ok to sit by the pool area and was told yes. At 5pm after no word, we went back to the desk and one of the rooms was ready but the other was not. After a few words a room was found, and we were able to change out of our travelling clothes after waiting 5 hours. We then went down to use a restaurant where we were informed that reservations were needed, and the next available table was in 1 1/2 hours. The resort is huge and fairly well maintained. The beach is big, but not great for swimming due to the massive undertow. The restaurant by the pool has awesome vegan options. However if you wish to do activities outside the resort during your stay you are better off renting a car, Taxi's are expensive. Also, there is no airport transportation, The taxi to the Airport was $72.
