This restaurant encourages you to think big: big steaks, that is. Also huge on quality are the lobster and jumbo prawns. Only Canadian Prime certified Alberta beef is served. The polished waiters suit the classy dining rooms, paneled in rich wood befitting of a grand old mansion. Prime rib is the featured entrée on Sunday. Lunch is not served on weekends and holidays.
