The restaurant's goal is to 'transport' guests to another time and place, and it has succeeded. In addition to bold seafood offerings, such as scallops over uni risotto and albacore tataki, the menu lists filet mignon with wild Oregon mushrooms and a chive béarnaise and squab with smoked bing cherry sauce. There’s also a six-course, seasonally inspired, chef’s tasting menu with an optional wine pairing. Reservations are taken up to one month in advance.
