Starting with a charcuterie board is a great first choice. Next, try the Ensalada verde (a green salad) or the Gazpacho which is chilled and refreshing. Entrees vary and include grilled rack of lamb, pork sausage and prime flat iron beef. For a nice twist on dessert, try the Tarta de queso vasca -“burnt” Basque goat cheesecake.
