This classic steakhouse was originally a men's pipe-smoking club in 1885. The décor features smoky 19th-century oak walls, old playbills, black and white photos and a ceiling decorated with thousands of clay pipes. The menu offers a fine selection of prime dry-aged beef, chicken and seafood dishes including live Maine lobsters. For a taste of history, try their signature mutton chops which have been a staple at the restaurant for over a century and are served up with freshly made mint jelly.
