After experiencing the vibe and flavors of the Piccolo Buco pizzeria in Rome, Italy, the enthusiastic founder of the Cooper’s Hawk brand wanted to introduce those same elements to America; hence, this restaurant was birthed. Neapolitan-style pizza is the centerpiece on the menu, but the menu also offers chicken parmesan, braised short ribs, salmon, excellent pasta and salads. The stylish dining room features a dramatic bar, wine bottle displays and an open kitchen.
