In a stately mansion in the barrio of Santurce is this long-standing, fine dining establishment that since 1971 has been pleasing the palate of guests in an atmosphere of elegance with romantic touches including live guitar music. The chef/owner, originally from Spain, brings the techniques and recipes of Spanish cuisine to co-mingle with some Puerto Rican Criollo influences. Skilled preparations of halibut, rack of lamb and duck as well as some seafood specialties also are offered.
