A slightly hidden downtown gem, this lovely, Caribbean-themed restaurant is well worth searching out. The fish can’t get more fresh as it comes from their own deep-water fishing boats and the produce is from their own onsite garden. Most all else is sourced locally and thus the menu is ever-changing, sometimes as much as two times a day. There is a build-your-own charcuterie option, a tasting menu and a pizza night on Friday.
