This restaurant is certainly “graceful” but in no way ordinary. The gorgeous dining room and marvelous food combined to deliver a memorable meal. Most menu options are prepared in a wood-burning hearth. The chef chooses from the freshest ingredients available to him from local farmers. The roasted chicken breast served with a fried leg and thigh, in a rich green gumbo and peanut cilantro relish was exceptional. For dessert try the smoked bourbon chocolate bomb, it's served with a surprise.
