Feast on aged beef from Texas, venison, buffalo and elk cooked to perfection on an open-fire pit grill. A former wildlife museum and taxidermy studio, many mounts of bison, wild boars, rattlesnakes and birds can be seen, as well as dioramas with bighorn sheep. Rough-hewn wood floors and hand-peeled lodge pole pine beams and tables set the décor along with a large river rock wood-burning fireplace.
