AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
While offering table or counter seating, sitting close to the exhibition kitchen allows diners to observe and interact with chefs as they prepare a seasonal six-course menu featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared into unique and savory creations. Guests are allowed to meander through the kitchen at their leisure to observe the action. There is one seating per evening, by reservation only.
