There is a creative accent evident on all of the dishes here, including hummus with warm pita bread or pork tenderloin with Jezebel sauce. There are some New Mexican creations, such as ricotta tacos with green chilies. Other dishes reflect Asian influence such as Vietnamese noodle salad. The cider-glazed Duroc pork chop paired with Brussels sprouts and squash is a very hearty dinner. The dining room is adorned with an abundance of locally produced artwork.
