This buffet restaurant offers a unique way to experience Chinese cuisine. Guests will select at least 1 type of broth, which will be placed on the tabletop burners. You’ll head to the buffet area to choose the ingredients to cook in your broth (ranging from tofu to beef, bok choy to noodles). You’ll then cook the items in your boiling broth and enjoy! While the flavors of the broths are mild, the sauce bar offers lots of options to spice up your meal.
