Japanese heritage is celebrated during Hatsume Fair at The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in mid-April. The 2-day festival features bonsai and martial art demonstrations, craft vendors, a Japanese tea ceremony and taiko drummers. Asian and American food vendors, the Kirin Beer Garden, a sake station and children’s activities also are offered.
