Guided tours of Fort Barrancas are offered daily and tours of the restored Advanced Redoubt are offered Saturdays. A visitor center at Naval Live Oaks Reservation features an orientation film and exhibits.

Recreation opportunities include biking, boating, camping, fishing, hiking, picnicking, swimming and snorkeling. Contact the park for snorkeling regulations.
