Lake George

Million Dollar Beach, east of US 9 on Beach Road, is a popular swimming beach with a bathhouse, lifeguard, lockers, picnic facilities and volleyball courts. It is open Memorial Day through Labor Day; phone (518) 668-3352 to verify hours and prices. Scenic Lake Shore Drive (SR 9N) follows the west shore between the towns of Lake George and Ticonderoga.
