Entertainment and activities were fantastic. Food and Beverage service was poor. Understaffed. Dinning Meal options were limited. Overcrowding in Dinning Room and buffet. Buffet closes too early as well as bars. Sanitary protocols in dinning areas to prevent spread of illness such as covid not utilized by customers or staff. My travel agent notified Princess that we were celebrating my husbands birthday which was celebrated in the past with Princess offering a celebration dessert and staff singing. This time nothing was done and when I mentioned it to the staff they said it was noted on my itinerary but they don't know why nothing was done. Princess could do a better job.

The staff we interacted with - cabin stewart, dining room, bar waiters, photographers, and embark and depart crew were great! Everything else was fine. Also wifi and ocean now were excellent rather of slowness i had read about.
