Super experience for our first cruise. We were impressed by whole ship and staff. The food was really great and the selection was awesome. The staff were particularly wonderful, our cabin attendents Jay & August, the wait staff at Club Orange & in the Crow's Nest; Kembar Ris Dee, Chandra, Hazel & Paulyn were outstanding. They would try to accommodate any request. The staff were what made this trip really special!

Severe weather in Fort Lauderdale caused us to arrive 20 minutes late. The ship did not wait for the 20+ passengers on our plane to leave. As a result, we lost 4 days of our cruise since we had to fly to Aruba to catch the ship. Holland America did reimburse us for all our expenses.
