Great location, grounds and lots of amenities. The cancellation policy was excessively restrictive and almost led us to seek alternative accommodations.. The level of maintenance and cleanliness was not up to par - dirty windows in a room that should have offered a spectacular view of the river. Minor maintenance issues like a cracked sink in the bathroom and areas of frayed carpet in hallways.
Our visit was top notch from check in to check out. Facility was very clean, and all employees were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at the Harbor Hotel.

We arrived an Saturday 9/17 tired from a 5 hr drive. Staff was not helpful and told us the 2 elevators were out of order. No offer to have a bell hop or anyone help us and our room was on 4th floor !!! We are seniors and not athletic… lucky we didn’t have a heart attack carrying our luggage. Then on the second day we had no hot water for a full day… they did deduct 100. From our total bill but it was not a sufficient compensation.
