Room and hotel were nice and staff were friendly, just wish they would still have the buffett.
Although the Hotel Room they gave us was beautiful, their Customer Service was absoloutely horrible. Don't ever get waited on by Desiree at the Check Out / Check In Counter, she needs serious training with her listening skills and the way she deals with the public. One simple request from Desiree turned into a major disaster.

The room was beautiful and all staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the Spa as my daughter and I had a very enjoyable experience there. I would book again.

Overall we had a great stay. A small hiccup at check-in because Ameristar recently changed their computers over and our AAA reservation did not show up. The front desk was able to resolve the issue. The staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean, Outdoor hot tubs were great. We did go on a Saturday and it was busy but not bad. I was sad to see there is no longer a buffet and the food is not that good if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

Rooms are not clean, its not worth the money. Holiday Inn Express hotels are much better than this for the same price
