I enjoyed my stay. The staff was polite and attentive. The hotel was very conveniently located to the downtown area and just an 8-10 min walk to the train station which was the starting point for many of the tours. I enjoyed breakfast at the Crave restaurant but did not try the Italian restaurant. The lobby was very nice and most of the hotel appeared to have been updated fairly recently. The south end of the hotel appeared very worn and tired. The carpet in the elevator was quite grungy. The north end of the building appears to have the larger rooms with more of an updated decor. I did think my bed was comfortable and I had no trouble with noise from other guests but I was at the very end of the hall. There was also a balcony in my room which I appreciated. There was also a secured underground area to park your car for a fee. Over all it was a very good experience just not outstanding.
Great location in a town with private car parking problems. Lodge was close to ROAM shuttle service. Also very quiet lodge.

Older Hotel with super nice staff - computers were slow at check-in - yet, on-site parking was terrific! Very clean and has a great location!

Initially despite asking for a quiet room (booked the room over 5 mos prior) was given a room on super busy street. Was accommodated a room off Main Street for second night after much dialogue. Room itself is dated but bathroom clearly had been updated. Location is central and perfect.
