Lamp not working, lampshade hanging on by a thread, the other lampshades filled with dust and holes, a/c was not cooling, reported but not looked at, and carpets dirty. Not my idea of a 4 1/2 star motel. The staff friendly enough.
Room was clean, employees helpful, breakfast was sufficient though area was very small.
When we first opened the door it had a strong oder of mold and mildew. Shower faucet leaked and tv had no sound. Was by far the most disgusting hotel room we've ever stayed in.
