Most horrible stay hallways smell of gas holes in wall my ac unit the lamp look like it was mildewed the exit for the pool was closed and it was the worst hotel us old as day and they wanna charge full price while under renovation. Staff was rude as hell the manager does not care about guest horrible customer service DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel has become a mess. Cardboard taped to the floors in both the elevator and hallway. Peeling paint in room absolutely no tv service in rooms. They give you a Hulu box to watch old reruns. Nowhere to see local news or weather. Roughly $300 a night was my cost. I tried to cancel when I arrived but was told I would be charged 2 days anyway. And the first 2 days were $350 per night. I tried both Best Eestern corporate and AAA to get help but neither would do anything. Also constant noise from outside and upstairs due to construction. And no beach access.
