The breakfast was not up to other Best Western quality. The eggs were warm and even cold. The sausage and really bad. The instead grits were the best part.

One faniky had only one roach in her room. Our room felt dirty and grimy. We didn’t think the sheets were clean. We put the sign out to have the room cleaned as we were there 2 nights. But it wasn’t cleaned. The pool and gym didn’t have towels. The water in gym was empty and no air conditioning. The pool had algae and I didn’t use but only once as Iit didn’t seem clean.
After a bad experience at a reserved hotel, we were grateful for the kind service we received here. We were very happy with the roo and enjoyed our stay.
We choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar, We had been travelling for days and wanted to just relax at the hotel and stay in. The restaurant and bar were not open that evening. The young lady who was at the front desk had no idea why and said "no one ever tells her anything". She did not seem to care either. We used Doordash to get dinner. The next morning, same thing. No breakfast offered and the staff was clueless.
