Overall, the hotel was very clean staff was very clean, but the breakfast was not as good as I expected

Boooo. The clerk charged another member of our party's room on my card when I was not even present. I had already checked on and was getting my luggage. She then that there was no one there to fix it and "the best way was for us to handle it with each other". Really? We asked for a manager and we're given a mom we to call. We never received a call back. We messaged Best Western who replied that a manager would call us but never has. There was no wi fi the entire time that we were there. The clerk just kept saying that hers was working fine. There are 3 steps to get from the lobby to the first floor and no elevator to the 2nd floor. All luggage has to be lugged up all of the steps. I would not recommend this hotel based on the above.

Great breakfast! Staff was very friendly. Handicapped accessible bathroom had everything we needed!
Rating is based solely on handicapped accessibility. Handicapped parking spot is on an elevated section of the parking lot on an incline. Handicapped entrance is not level and door is not automatic. No grab bar at the toilet and no seat in the roll in shower. If you are handicapped I would not recommend this hotel.
