Not only are the guest rooms spacious, but a large pool and playground at the center of this property as well as a full-service breakfast restaurant are nice added amenities for families. Most units have at-door parking. Smoke free premises. 126 units. 1 story, exterior corridors.

The staff was very friendly, and motel was clean. Breakfast was good; however, the motel is not a 3-diamond motel. it is an old-style motel with outside entrances to each room making it inconvenient to access the office and breakfast..
For the age of the property, and the price the hotel was excellent. To the eye everything looked clean. Grounds were clean.

Coach House is a one-story motel which stretches around three sides of a plaza with pool and playground. You park at your door, so unloading luggage, bikes, kids, etc, is super easy. It's probably an older motel, but our room was very new looking and super clean. Breakfast was above average for our trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at a BW in Amarillo and it was excellent. Decided to stay at this hotel and it was completely opposite. Very clean but extremely outdated. Beds were no where as comfortable. Bathroom very small. Breakfast was ok. Probably better hotels in the area.
