During my overnight stay I was awaken by doors slamming from outside my room. 1:20 AM to be exact and the smell of fumes! When I got up I noticed a SUV parked outside of my room and it was left running. Also, noticed the exhaust was directly in front of the air conditioner and cause it to mix with the fresh air outside being pulled into the room? At this point I shut off the air conditioner and went back to sleep. Other than this incident everything was good with my stay!
Great location. Clean room. Nice pool and breakfast. Had to move our room because the first one smelled like cigarettes.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there in the room as well. My family and I stayed in a double queen bed room. No complaints.

I was visiting my son @ Yale during parents weekend and really just wanted a clean and safe hotel to stay. Thank goodness this fit the bill. It's only 10-15 minutes from Yale (depending on traffic) and turned out to be a very nice experience. Staff were nice and I was so grateful that my day of check in they were able to accommodate an early check in of 7am rather than the standard 2pm (fee of $50 - but well worth it). This is also one of very few hotels in this price range that offer a full breakfast each day - not just cereal and danish - but a hot meal. It is also conveniently located across from a Walmart, McDonalds, & huge 7-Eleven c store. I will definitely book this hotel in the future. It was a pleasant surprise and I appreciate the reasonable rate considering all hotels in the area were booked and the rates doubled during this time.
