Located downtown near the ferry terminal, this well-kept, motel will not break the budget. Some at-door parking is available. The property is only a short distance to area restaurants. There are a handful of rooms with modest, vintage kitchenettes. Smoke free premises. 45 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors.

Excellent location especially if you are coming off the ferry from Bar Harbor and have spent an hour sitting in the car waiting to get through Canadian customs. It's an older establishment with a small bathroom but it has been updated. Clean, comfortable, and a nice breakfast. Only stayed for one night.

Very clean, great staff very welcoming and helpful, nice complimentary breakfast. The rooms didn’t have rugs which I like because of allergies. Just a little dated.

This hotel was a little dated but extremely clean. The staff was amazing and a breakfast was included. Some of the ac units were extremely loud but again it was spotless and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
