A small older hotel can sometimes limit your experience. BW Norwalk crushed that stereotype. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh and clean right down to the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pool and hot tub sparkle clean. Above all, the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite at two AM or two PM. If I have to find a less than wonderful item for reviews sake, I will say the free breakfast area can get a little tight at busy times. The breakfast items and selection however were fresh and stocked. And again, the staff happily willing to assist with any requests. The next time I visit my family in Norwalk, I will definitely be staying here at Best Western Norwalk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
