Located near the beach, harbor and Lantern District, this hotel offers many rooms with private balconies and ocean views; one has a gas fireplace. There’s a sundeck with seating to enjoy the sunset. Smoke free premises. 30 units. 3 stories, exterior corridors.

The room was okay, signs of a fresh remodel that was done with nice finishes, water pressure was quite low making showers a challenge. Also in the shower, no place for soap or shampoo, grab rails would be helpful. The building itself seemed tired, the elevator was slow and finicky, the entire grounds could use a thorough cleaning. The WiFi was pretty slow too, overall I don't think this was a good value at over $400. per night
