We had a great stay in Gallup. The parking lot was accessible, the front desk was very helpful, the breakfast was well laid out and delicious. Our rooms were clean and cool, the kitchen was perfect, and the bathroom/shower was clean and functional.
Patricia checked me in and made me feel so welcome. Being greeted with genuine kindness and care was so appreciated after a long day on the road. Jeannette, in housekeeping had cleaned my room prior to my stay. Everything felt and looked clean and fresh. I will definitely stay here again. The atmosphere of the hotel and kindness of each staff member I encountered made the stay pleasant.
Low water pressure in the shower. Walls very thin heard people next door and people walking above me. Advertised restaurant At hotel. Not true had to walk across street.
Pool was not operational. Which was not noted on initial bookings. There were other hotels available at $20 - $30 lower in rates that did not have a pool. Breakfast was overall not the quality that i'm used to at other Best Western motels. Overall not happy and will not stay here again.
