This beautiful hotel is in the heart of Mentor, very convenient to restaurants and activities. The hotel staff were great, the rooms were beautifully decorated, breakfast was delicious and the workout room was well setup.
2nd time we have stayed there. This place is beautiful, staff is excellent.

For the price range, this hotel was one of the better ones. Everything was clean and the breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

We had to change hotels shortly after checking in because the bathroom sink started to back-up with unsanitary sludge, and there were no other rooms available. The manager was supposed to contact us and has never done so.

Staff was very accommodating and attentive; desk and restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient.
