Located on restaurant row, near Barefoot Landing and area golf courses, the hotel features a great morning breakfast, comfortable standard rooms and oversized open suites with pull-out sofas. A highlight of the hotel is the deck that overlooks the intercoastal waterway. With plenty of comfortable seating, it is the perfect place to sip morning coffee or relax after a long day at the beach. First floor rooms are pet friendly and have ceiling fans. Smoke free premises. 90 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Worst hotel ever staff were very rude and unkind when we called for late stay request. There were roaches in our room around the bathroom and jacuzzi. Our ac unit was broken the whole trip and we paid $405…. Terrible service where is my refund ? Do not go here ever

Generally fairly basic. Clean and adequate room. Laminate flooring was a little odd, but considering this hotel seems popular with travelers with pets, I can see why. Major disappointment was the pool. Not worth advertising. Basically a plunge pool surrounded by parking lot. Not even one bush. Definitely not inviting. The deck by the Intracoastal waterway, on the other hand, was worth the trek through the parking lot to get to. Generally felt overpriced, but perhaps the new standard in travel now.

Overall Friendly Staff . Brad was execellent went above and beyond. Room was Great. except water pressure in the shower awful. ** POT smoking should be ban inside the hotel - Hallway smelled like skunk weed **
