We stayed at this property 10 years ago. Service levels have dramatically deteriorated; public spaces have not been painted and updated just like our sleeping room. which needed cleaning and bathroom fixtures repaired: the hand towel rack was pulled away from the wall hanging by an anchor, and the robe hook on the bathroom door was loose and spun around. I reported these as soon as we got in the room. The door hook was never fixed. We asked for a roll of toilet three times. Once at the counter and twice on the phone. It never arrived. We asked for more Keurig coffee. When delivered it was scattered across the counter, not even in the coffee basket. Breakfast was consistently good. Staff was pleasant and numerous. At checkout the $87 parking charge was comped.
The hotel was nice. A little expensive for what it was though. I would stay there again for the location to see everything we wanted to see. The staff was great and breakfast was delicious. The chorizo sausage was bomb.
